LINDA WARD APPOINTED DIRECTOR AT SPECIAL MEETING OF QM BOARD

Linda Ward, who resigned from the association's board on Saturday evening citing board dysfunction and rancor as among the reasons for her departure, was appointed to the board of directors at Wednesday's special meeting of the board. With Ward's appointment, the association's board has three directors, the minimum number sufficient to conduct all association business. The duration of the appointment is for the unexpired term of the director Ward is replacing. Quail Meadow directors are elected by the community membership and serve one year terms that expire at the next annual meeting at which Directors are elected.
